California dreamin

We just returned from a very fun and busy 6 week stay in the Golden State! Rylie, Ryan and I went out to California to attend one of my longtime friends weddings, I was one of her bridesmaids. We also went to spend sometime with the Frutos side of the familia. I havent been able to see my Dad since 2007 and my Mom since Ryan was born. So to say the least it was way over due! We had a blast playing and spending time with my brother Paul's kids the first week. But we still got to play with my sister in law Kristi and cousin Soren. Rylie loved to have cousin Cameron ride his bike over to my parents house and play. We were also able to see Papa, GG and Nina and enjoy dinner and music in the park. Rylie loved to go over to Aunt Mandys and Uncle Marks to feed all the animals with Kelsey and try on all her high heels. Ryan took his first steps on my Dads and Josh's sister Jessica's birthday! Rylie and Ryan loved watching Grandma Frutos sew and make them little drawstring bags. Grandpa Frutos would give horsey rides, read stories and make it rain in the backyard. We went to the San Diego zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Santa Ana Zoo, Orange County Zoo, Orange County fair, huntington beach, newport beach, balboa beach, laguna beach and Aunt Mandy took Rylie to DISNEYLAND!!We unfortunately had one accident, Rylie and I were kicking the soccer ball back and forth in the front yard and she slipped on the ball and cracked her head on the sidewalk. She was such a trooper though, she had 4 stitches and didnt cry once in the ER, the drs and nurses kept saying that they wish they could tape her because she was doing so well!
While we were soaking up the sun in California, Josh was working hard and was ask to open a new project and go to Florida to train for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our time with my parents and seeing some of my siblings. We created a lot of memories. enjoy!
